What is a "Form 1-15 - Regulation 13 (1), (2) and (3)" compared with the usual Form H5?

Hi,

I have been sent a section 20 renewal of detention but instead of the usual H5 it’s a form I’ve not seen before. How does the Form 1-15 - Regulation 13 (1), (2) and (3) differ from the H5 please?

Kind regards,

A

I am not sure what form you are referring to - is it a HO15? That is the Welsh version of the H5.

Best wishes

Could it just be a strange formatting error, so that the “H” in H5 has come out looking like “1-1” instead ?

Because it certainly sounds like it is an H5.

It’s definitely not a Welsh or Manx form.

Either way, as long as the wording is the same as an H5, there’s nothing to be concerned about.

Thank you Richard, This is exactly what has happened. It appears they have copied the form and assumed the H is ‘1-15’. Much appreciated.

Hi Sarah,

Sorry I missed your comment - I’m new here and still working the place out. It wasn’t an HO15, I’m familiar with those. I think someone had copied the H5 and thought the ‘H’ was 1-1, it was during covid as well and we all know how much of a disruption that caused with assessments and paperwork.

Thanks for responding.

Best wishes,

Andrea
