Does anyone have any knowledge of legal challenges to the use of the the Serenity Integrated Mentoring Scheme or any similar type Scheme by NHS Trusts and the Police
Does anyone have any knowledge of legal challenges to the disclosure of confidential patient information by an NHS Trust to a Police Force and which had occurred without the patients knowledge or consent and where there existed no legal justification for the information being requested or provided to the Police ?
