The M’Naghten Rules & the CRPD

Hi
I’m having difficulty on a question that is about the M’Naghten rules being incompatible with the CRPD and potentially also article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Any ideas? I’m not entirely sure and any help would be greatly appreciated.
