Supervision of mental health law department

Question- Can a non Solicitor accredited mental health panel member supervise the mental health Law department of a Solicitor Firm, please.

Yes, a non-solicitor can supervise.

That can be someone with no solicitor or other such qualification (so essentially a paralegal).

Other qualified professionals, like a CILEx lawyer can supervise too.

Theeesnk requirement for the supervisor to be a solicitor, only that they a current panel member.

Thank you Adam
