Statutory treatment form due date for patient on CTO (following s2 then s3)

S2 commenced 10/01/2026

S3 commenced 02/02/2026

CTO1 commenced 27/03/2026

When is the statutory treatment form due for the CTO is it the 09/04/2026 (date when s58 would have applied - we go off date when first detained rather than date when treatment for MD first administered) or 26/04/2026 (one month following CTO1) – Jones says whichever date comes later - so guessing that would be the 26/04/2026?

Jones is, of course, right.

Assuming the treatment in question is medication, then a Part 4A Certificate is required as of 27/04 (26/04 is the last day a certificate is not required).
