The patient for section 2 was admitted to the ward on 21/09/2025 at 20:40 hours. The AMHP signed the A2 form on 21/09/2025, but the H3 form (Part 1a) states that date of admission 21/09/2025, but it was h3 signed on 22/09/2025. So does section date start kn 21.09 or 22.09.
On 21.09. The H3 is just an administrative form and doesn’t impact the start date of the section.
