The person concerned was discharged from a S3 in July without any aftercare. Despite my complaint it has not been resolved in any way. I was told the complaint would be answered after 60 days. It hasn’t been. The LA say as I’ve complained to MH , it’s a waste of resources for them to answer. I was told that MH has referred him for a Care Act assessment but they can not influence how long it might take. Meanwhile, he is not functioning well and needs help. Yes I could complain to the Ombudsman but it’s what could and should be done for him now. Any advice?TIA.
