I have a client in a private ABI placement in the North West who is detained under s37/41
He lacks capacity to instruct and I have represented him under 11(7)(B) on occasions. During the course of the last Tribunal a longstanding s117 responsibility dispute appeared to be resolved however this has again become an issue.
Could anyone suggest a Solicitor I could refer this case to who would have the necessary expertise to look at challenging the ongoing 3-way dispute in relation to aftercare?
The patient is fit for conditional (potentially absolute) discharge supplemented by DOLS however until this issue is resolved discharge planning simply cannot occur.
