I had a look online and couldn’t find anything. I did find a nice English one here: https://www.cntw.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Section-3741-1.pdf
I used an online translation tool to turn it in to Romanian and also to convert that .pdf to a Word doc. I can send these documents if you like but also, here’s the conversion tool: Free Online Translator - Preserves your document's layout (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenOffice, text)
The downside is I have no way of knowing if the translation is good enough!
Hi,
I have a colleague who is Romanian- she would be happy to provide a translated version in a word document to you. feel free to contact me on 01252 268 068 to discuss.
Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly but I don’t think we could use a copy that has not been verified - I have an interpreter booked to help so hopefully that will be sufficient.

Hi Rowena,
If you go to the Rethink website What is Section 37/41 of the Mental Health Act? (rethink.org) you should see a round blue icon (with a speaker on it) in the top right. First click on this to open the Recite toolbar across the top of the page. When this bar opens, click the dark grey square icon in the middle with an A on it to the right and what looks like a table with bendy legs to the left. The option is then available to translate the web page with mental health law information on it into a variety of languages, including Romanian. I believe its available for the whole website.
Thank you - that’s really helpful and useful!
