Review of S3 Renewal following transfer to another hospital

Dear All

A patient has had their detention renewed at Hospital A which was not reviewed by the managers at hospital A.
They transfer to Hospital B. I am sure I have read somewhere that the managers of Hospital B can and should review the renewal.

Unfortunately I can’t remember where! It may have been a DoH document but can anyone help please?
