If we request a PHE within two weeks prior to the hearing, do we require Tribunal permission for the PHE, or is it automatic?
I’ve never had one not granted provided it was submitted within the appropriate time frame. Even if it’s outside of the time limit they are generally agreed so long as reasons are provided.
