Why does the nearest relative have the choice of objecting to a sectioning of a close relative? The mental health will only bar the nearest relative. In my opinion i cant see the reasoning of objecting as this has caused a lot of heartache and questions asked as well as the nearest relative being vilified by the mental health system. This iis just nonsensical. Has antbody had this hsppen to them?
