— This article notes that Richard Jones had written about the problem now being addressed some years ago in his MHA Manual. (The 18th edition in 2015.) It makes two interesting points in this sentence: "The requirement to have a licence to practise is aimed at ensuring that medical members are up to date in both their knowledge and practice and raises an issue as to the validity of MHRTW decisions made to date."
