Mental-health and equality issues in ongoing civil proceedings

Hello everyone,

My case doesn’t fall under the Mental Health Tribunal, but I believe it raises serious issues under mental-health and equality law. I’m hoping someone might be able to signpost me to the right HMCTS contacts or departments.

I’m a litigant in person (for 12 months) and a victim of domestic abuse, currently involved in a civil (TOLATA) case. Despite a GP-confirmed capacity assessment and multiple requests for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010, CPR PD1A, and CPR Part 21, all have been dismissed.

I have never been served with court orders, listings, or notices, and receive no communication from the court regarding hearings, cancellations, or orders. Proceedings appear to involve only the Applicant and his representatives.

My HMCTS complaints and reasonable adjustment requests have gone unanswered, while I continue to face daily harassment from my ex-partner’s solicitors. I’m not eligible for legal aid and have no legal representation.

If anyone can share direct contact email addresses for HMCTS departments that handle safeguarding, equality, or capacity issues, or suggest where I can escalate this, I’d be very grateful.

Thank you for your time and any guidance you can offer.
