Hi, my daugther has FASD and brain damage. She is 18. I have an LPA for her for health and also finance. If she decides that she doesn’t want my help in making decisions is the LPA revoked or does she need to formally end it. If I have an LPA and ask an agency for information regarding her welfare, can they say we won’t give it because she emailed in to say they can’t? She is extremely vulnerable and I suspect she is being groomed.
