Is anyone else finding it difficult to obtain an independent Psychiatric report for MHT’s? I have been told by some Dr’s it is because of the low rates paid under LA, they are not prepared to do them.

I used an agency last year and was not impressed with the quality of the report produced, so much prefer using Dr’s that I know will produce a decent report.

I actually had a brilliant report from https://www.forensicpsychiatrychambers.org/ Dr Philip Baker was the expert i used. It led to RC agreeing to make a referral for step down from medium to low secure.
