Hi. I have a client who has fallen between LD and PD/mainstream services for years. Following a tribunal last year recommending transfer from an unsuitable PD ward to a LD placement, she was finally transferred to a specialist LD hospital. However the LD placement closed, so she’s found herself back on a PD ward in Essex… we’re going to apply for another tribunal and I want to obtain an independent report from someone in or around Essex. I could do a google search but I want someone really good, who comes highly recommended. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Catherine

For placements or moves, you may want to consider an Independent Social Worker too (Independent Social Circumstances report).
