I’m reviewing our Hospital Managers job descriptions, their T&Cs, etc and was looking for views (particularly from fellow NHS providers).
How much do you pay your AHMs per hearing (we’re currently at £64)
How is this reviewed and how often
How much mileage do you pay (59ppm)
Do you provide IT (laptops etc) or require them to have their own
Do you do appraisals and if so, how often
How long do you appoint for
