Is there any form that can be filled in easily to obtain information using the Freedom of Information Act?
I have tried googling this, but it’s proving very difficult on the Government’s website for a specific address, isn’t there any general form you can fill in?

Alternatively, you could just find out the relevant email address and send them your question.
Some bodies might have a form they’d prefer you to use, but I’ve never seen one.
