Interested in any free webinars linked to MHA/MHT
I tend to find free webinars on the MCA & MHA in these places (i focus on MCA but i do see MHA webinars mentioned) - Media Centre: latest news and events | Weightmans, Events | Bevan Brittan LLP, Insights | Browne Jacobson (less so recently here), Events | 39 Essex Chambers and Events |Hill Dickinson… I would love to know what other places people find good quality free webinars/talks if anyone has any recommendations… A great collection of pre-recorded webinars can also be found here (mostly MCA focused but a few linked to MHA) - Shedinars – Mental Capacity Law and Policy… I have kept a list of all the free MCA webinars/talks that have been made available over the past 3 years that i would be happy to post here if anyone was interested.
See here as an example - Case Law Update – Mental Health Act 1983 | Bevan Brittan LLP, " * Webinar | Thursday 9 October 2025 | 12:30 - 13:30 | 1 Hour - “Hannah Taylor will be joined by Rhys Hadden from Serjeants’ Inn Chambers, who will consider key case law and important updates from the past 12 months relating to Mental Health Act 1983.Rhys Hadden specialises in all matters relating to mental capacity and mental health”…
I should also say that i am in no way affiliated with any of these organisations, i have just found their talks/webinars incredibly helpful.
For anyone interested, my list of freely available MCA webinars/podcasts from the past couple of years.
