Is there any guidance which says that victim related exclusion zones should be reviewed at certain intervals to ascertain whether they are still relevant? For instance, if an exclusion zone was put in place for a conditionally discharged patient because the victim lived or worked in that area at the time but subsequently moved and therefore an exclusion zone of that area was no longer relevant.

Not sure on guidance but I have had a couple of my clients exclusion areas changed and in one case fully discharged. I contacted the VLO and requested an update and the exclusion zones were subsequently changed

No I didn’t they sent the amended exclusion to the MOJ.
