Effect of release on CTO revocation tribunal referral

When a patient’s CTO is revoked, a referral under section 68(7) is made. But if the patient goes back onto a CTO, does the case close or does the referral still stand?

Jurisdiction is retained so the case is heard as per AA v Cheshire & Wirral

If the client doesn’t want to attend the tribunal or a legal rep to attend then you can ask for a paper review of the detention
