Under s.48 am i right in believing they are only valid for 14 days? which would be the same as med recs for any other section? can you point me to the law which states this please?
There’s nothing in the law that says that these recommendations are only valid for 14 days.
But (in England) there is good practice guidance from 2021 that says transfers should be completed within 14 days of the first assessment. It’s only a target, not legally binding. See
