CTO - time frames

I’ve got a patient who is being placed on CTO. The RC has completed the CTO1 part 1, the AMHP has completed their part and we have since discovered there is an issue with the funding and we are waiting for it to be approved before setting the date for part 3.

My question is, is there an expiry time (for lack of better words) between part 2 being signed and part 3 being completed?
