A cto patient is recalled and admitted to hospital. The patient decides to stay in hospital informal. The community rc transfer the rc status and responsibilities to inpatient consultant. If the patient is still an inpatient when cto is due to be extended, who is to complete ct07?

It would be in this case the current RC . S20A doesn’t say otherwise and the Code says the appropriateness of the RC may change over time to allow needs to be met more effectively.
They may appreciate some representation at Managers hearing if it is renewed.
