Court of Protection - transfer from Southern Ireland

We have a patient due to be transferred from outside the UK (Southern Ireland) he is under Schedule 3 of the MCA.
It is going to the court of Protection England, if the order goes through, can anyone advise, if a T2 or S62 & T3 would be needed on their arrival or would the court order go into detail of how / what medication can be given.
Has anyone dealt with before, so i know what to expect
Many thanks in advance.

Hi
I have dealt with a similar case and it is imperative that there is a detailed transition plan for the transfer to include all aspects of care and treatment. You need to raise this issue with the party bringing the COP proceedings and make sure that it is covered. The transfer should not be authorised until the issue is resolved and incorporated into the transfer plan.
