People talk about “the Fall of Leicester” as if we are entering the Dark Ages, but are the delays caused by cancellations and inability to find panels causing problems like in the old delay cases (R (KB) v MHRT [2003] EWHC 193 (Admin))?
After that case I think the MHRT said we we could just write asking for compensation for delays. That letter will be long forgotten, but has anyone obtained compensation recently?
