Co-detention: Unfit 37/41 and 3

Hiya. Does anyone have experience, or know of any case law that references, co-detaining a patient on an unfit 37/41 and a 3?

I know there is precident for s3 and s35 (R v North West London MH Trust Ex p. Stewart (1997)), but can’t find anything else.

I’m just wondering if there’s a way to avoid the court-day scramble and contain ward anxiety when a patient has regained fitness and is attending court to enter a plea.
