(2) For pragmatic reasons, to avoid delaying the move to a new residential care home, the court did not revoke the property and affairs LPA, but said that if the attorneys did not "disclaim their lasting powers of attorney at the first opportunity so that a panel deputy can be appointed" then the LPA would be revoked.
