What can happen when a judge makes an order stating that P’s got capacity in all areas and a few years later another judge in an order states" P lacks capacity in all areas" ! What are the Legal ramifications here?
They aren’t necessarily contradictory at all. Capacity is time (and decision) specific. Circumstances may have changed significantly.
