Application made when someone is a conditional discharged patient continuing on recall?

I know there is case law on this- please can someone enlighten me. Does it continue or expire on recall?

Hi Karen, do you mean whether the Tribunal retains jurisdiction for an application made whilst a patient is conditionally discharged if they are subsequently recalled under s42? It’s AC v Southern Health (UKUT) / Cameron v SSJ (EWCA). The Tribunal loses jurisdiction. Hope that helps!
