Interested in understanding how people are approaching the updated statutory wording. How if at all people are going to update their paper versions of the forms to include the new wording?
I’ve added the relevant regulations to Mental Health Law Online here: Mental Health (Hospital, Guardianship and Treatment) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
