Here are some updates on the underlying issue. By the time of my first post above, the Tribunal Procedure Committee had already been made aware of their mistake and resolved to fix it at the earliest opportunity (see Tribunal Procedure Committee, ‘Minutes’ (6 February 2025) for details). On 9 May 2025, the Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2025 were laid before Parliament and they came into force on 30 May 2025.
