Hello,

I’m trying to locate the full inquiry report listed under [Inquiries – 2013](https://www.mentalhealthlaw.co.uk/DSA:Inquiries_-_2013), titled:

> James Lee Bible – Alan Clarke, Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

Could someone please advise:

- Whether this report is available to the public
- How I can access it, or who I should contact to request a copy

I’ve got three similar reports concerning patients X, Y, and Z which seem to relate to James Lee Bible (who killed Alan Clarke), James Allen (who killed Terry Hall) and Liam Churchley (who killed Alan Riddock). I just need to work out which is which, and add them to the website.

Yes, this is it! Thank you! Is there anything else available on James Bible/Alan Clarke or his care/time in treatment since the manslaughter in 2008? The dates, and his childhood story confirms this is the person I am searching for. Thanks again

I don’t have anything else, though the internet has press articles about it. I’ll try to get all three reports online next week. It sounds as though all three were published simultaneously. I don’t know whether you could learn more about James from the background set out in the other two reports.
