— The form now has a section entitled Tribunal Hearing Format with the options being "Videoconference" and "Face to face". The form states: "If you do not state a preference your hearing will automatically default to a videoconference." This is more open than than the English form, which has a third option "I have no preference which type of hearing I have" that always results in a video hearing. The Welsh form also notes that a hearing in accordance with patient's preference cannot always be guaranteed.
