What legal case precedents are there under MCA 2005, in circumstances where life-limiting restrictions have been imposed with the express and admitted intent - of hastening death in imposing EOL death pathway, in causation of fatal harm - but entirely without disclosure and consultation with patient and family. Nor any required Best Interest Meeting to inform Best Interest Decision, nor Checklist Process.
