Continuing the discussion from [Case (Prosecution of independent hospital). R v Cygnet Health Care Limited [2023] MHLO 6](https://forum.mentalhealthlaw.co.uk/t/case-prosecution-of-independent-hospital-r-v-cygnet-health-care-limited-2023-mhlo-6/3662):

According to public data Cygnet Health Care’s Group revenue for the year ended December 31, 2023, was £601.5 million, a significant increase of £55.4 million from £555.1 million in 2022. This increase was attributed to factors like increased patient numbers and occupancy. They’re on a path of growth.

2025 figures not available but their business is probably expanding. Therefore £1.6 million is a minor itch. It’s fine.
