I am seeking a legal opinion about a mental health issue are there any appropriately legally qualified people that provide this service?

The Mental Health Lawyers Association publish a [geographical list of their members](https://www.mhla.co.uk/find-a-lawyer/geographical-list/) and the Law Society have a “[Find a solicitor](https://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk/?Pro=True)” search form in which you could choose the “mental health” practice area.
