# Do some responses get deleted or disappear?

I’ve not deleted any posts in [National Nightmares: Section 136(2A) and Section 136B](https://forum.mentalhealthlaw.co.uk/t/national-nightmares-section-136-2a-and-section-136b/3246).

Two posts were deleted by a user but he quickly replaced them with a third version with essentially the same content.

When posts are irrelevant to the topic I usually move them to a new topic, and I’ve only very rarely deleted a post in its entirety.
