— Ombudsman's summary: "Mr X complained about a decision to refuse to class his daughter Ms D’s [educational] course as free aftercare under the Mental Health Act 1983. The Ombudsmen did not uphold the complaint. We found no fault in the actions of West Sussex County Council and NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board."
